Deeper Life High School, Abeokuta is a mission co-educational full boarding institution which is committed to an all round and qualitative education with emphasis on moral and academic excellence.

Deeper Life High School, Abeokuta Campus, was established in October, 2011 with 30 students and 19 staff (7educators and 12 support staff). The growth of the school numerically and in infrastructural development has been very tremendous. Glory be to God!!!

  • 1st year - 32 students
  • 2nd year - 73 students
  • 3rd year - 141 students
  • 4th year - 215 students
  • 5th year - 302 students (present academic session)
Ogun State leadership and membership of the Deeper Life Bible Church have been fully responsible for the developments made so far, especially in the area of infrastructural developments.

Presently, the staff strength is 65;
27 Educators (Teachers) and
38 Support Staff (Non Teaching Staff).

  1. Deeper Life High School, Abeokuta Campus has been approved and accredited by the Local Education Authority, the Zonal Education Authority, Ogun State Ministry of Science and Technology and National Examinations Council (NECO) to enable us participate in any State, National and International Examinations.
  2. Last year, our students in Basic 9 participated in the Federal and State Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) organized by the National Examinations Council (NECO) and Ogun State respectively; their results placed us as the second best (2nd) among DLHS nationwide. This year State BECE results being awaited.
  3. Some of our students participated in Ogun State Cultural and Creative Arts competition and our campus came 3rd in the State, with some of the students winning awards, prizes and certificates.
  4. Two of our students qualified for the second round of the National Science/Mathematics Competition organized by the Olympiad.
  5. Our staff are not left out as our Cultural and Creative Arts educator was adjudged the 3rd best Visual Arts educator in Ogun State.
  6. Last session, the Principal and his Vice participated in the Cambridge International Examinations Presentation and Training organized by the British Council in preparation for the IGCSE 'O' level and 'A' level.




Our Achievements

2015

This year marked the introduction of computer based test software for our internal continous assesment and Examination. Even though with initial challenges but the result is amazing.

2014

Amazing reports and testimonies are coming from our parents and neighbours of transformation taking place in the lives of our students

2013

LOtC at Tinapa/ Obudu cattle Ranch. This year the size of the school grew to sixteen (16)

2012

The First LOtC was organised which was held in Accra, Ghana. About 600 students attended this event.

2011

The school started with seven (7) campuses in 2010, in 2011 seven (7) new campuses were established
