Ali Francis is the Director of Deeper Life high School, Abuja campus.

Prior to becoming the director, Francis has garnered years of experience in various leadership positions. Beginning with being a class teacher with Demonstration Secondary School, Ahmadu Bello University.

He thereafter served as Principal at Premier High School Zaria, Kaduna State. During his stay, he brought about great reforms in the school, by securing official government approval for the establishment of the school, he went further to secure official approval Junior Secondary School Certificate Examination Centre(JSSCE) for the school as well as West African Senior School Certificate Examination Centre(WASSCE) for the first time since the establishment of the school.

He thereafter became the pioneer principal of Deeper Life High School, Kaduna Campus where he kick-started the campus and entrenched magnificent structures (academically and infrastructurally) for the off-take of the school, before being transferred to Abuja Campus of the same school, where he replicated the same feats and even greater ones.

Owing to his passion for excellence, serenity, and high standard of education, he has championed and is still championing the infrastructural, academic, moral, and spiritual development of the Abuja Campus. His drive for excellent results in all external examinations, competitions, and international examinations has orchestrated his numerous strategies which have resulted in great results in JAMB, WAEC, NECO, IGCSE, and SAT examinations, and tons of laurels won by the school.

Francis earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the prestigious Amadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a certified National Accountant from the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).

Francis bagged a diploma in education from National Teachers Institute (NTI), He is a professional teacher, duely registered and certified by Teacher Registration Council (TRCN).

Francis has attended numerous national and international Conferences, seminars, and symposia all geared towards getting up to speed on 21st-century managerial skills; one among which was the professional development training organized by the University of Oulu, Finland. In the same vein, he has attended E-learning trainings in Cotonou, Benin Republic, and Uganda, still in his usual quest for charismatic leadership skills and to be better positioned for the 21^st century leadership task.
