Mr. Richard Otojahi has in his portfolio of achievement more than two decades of classroom and leadership experience in helping students (ages 10-18) experience the fun and joy of thinking and working Mathematically and to excel in Mathematics assessment (Internal and external examinations).

He is a mathematician, a teacher of Mathematics, a Mathematics coach, consultant and coordinator. He is a Licensed and Certified teacher in Nigeria (TRCN), a Certified Cambridge Educator, a Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE), Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer, Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) Professional, African Digital Training Ambassador and Certified Career Analyst (CCA).

Richard has special interest in motivating, mentoring, monitoring and managing the affairs of adolescents/young adults and a passionate drive for teachers enrichment and empowerment. His personal philosophy is continuous self improvement and service to others.

As an independent and intentional reader and researcher, he has a strong ethos for Research, Training and Development (RTD)

He is currently one of the Directors of Education of Deeper Life High School. He is in charge of the coordination of foreign examinations, subject leadership (with specific focus on Mathematics Coordination) and administration of DLHS Online School.
