Pastor Rufus Ogundare is the National Administrator of Deeper Life High School and his office is at the DLHS Headquarters, Lagos.

He attended Saint Josephs Catholic Primary School, African Church Secondary Modern School and Annunciation Grammar School all in Ikere Ekiti in Ekiti State. He was the Time Keeper when he was in Primary School and the Senior Prefect in the Secondary school.

While in Secondary School, He used to represent his school and local government – Ekiti South (now Ikere) Local Government Area of Ekiti State in essay writing competition. He won a number of laurels for both his school and the local government. He later went to the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti to study Business Administration & Management, both at the National Diploma and Higher National Diploma levels. After this, He obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ilorin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He also obtained a degree in Economics from the Irish Business School, London. He is a Fellow of Faculty of Secretaries and Administrators and a Fellow of Institute of Professional Financial Managers.

He joined Vaughan Thomas Nig. Limited in October 1990 as the Assistant Administrative Manager and later became the substantive Administrative Manager. In 1997, He joined Adebayo Alata Nigeria Limited as the Manager (Accounts) and later joined Ayegun Baptist Secondary School in year 2000 to teach Accounts, Commerce and Economics. This gave him sufficient experience in both general administration and education management.

Pastor Rufus enthusiastically joined Deeper Life High School in June 2010 as the Admin Officer and was later promoted to become the Principal Admin Officer, then the National Admin Officer and presently the National Administrator.

He recently authored an interesting novel titled The Thorny Path. The second novel will soon be in the press.

By the grace of God, He is married with one male and two female children.
