Welcome to DLHS, Owerri Campus Imo State Nigeria! We are a faith based school that renders services of producing a total child who will serve the nation as leaders with distinction.

We are school per excellence with a common goal of achieving moral standard to the benefit of the nation and humanity.

The campus started operations in year 2016 as an extension of DLHS Nationwide with the sole aim of bringing quality education and proper moral and spiritual training to produce a total child as agent of transformation.

Admission into the campus occurs only in the first year of junior school, which is Grade 7. The child should be between 10-11years.

Our entrance examination holds every April which after, supplementary exams will continue till ending of August yearly. Candidates are tested in English Language and Mathematics, and subsequently interviewed for possible admission into the campus of their choice. Our admission is open to everyone irrespective of your race, religion, ethnicity, status, or gender.

However, in view of the nature of education and formation offered at DLHS Owerri, there are other services that differentiate us from other schools out there. Our students produce excellent results with zero tolerance of examination malpractice. We prepare our students for foreign exams such as SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test, is a global recognized test admitting students into colleges and universities all over the United States).  Cambridge and other foreign exams which give them opportunities to study in any country of the world. 

We empower our students to discover their talents through curricular and co-curricular activities.

We have won several awards in the following capacities:

1. National Olympiad competitions involving; Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Informatics etc. DLHS Owerri Campus received the State award as the best school in Senior Olympiad Mathematics from the Imo State Commissioner of Education.
2. The young Orators 2022 1st Runner-up.
3. Best Spellers for the Nigerian Spelling Bee Competition in both Junior and Senior Category, 2023 Imo State level.
4. Trophies and medals in inter-school sports competitions.
