Mr Emmanuel Eze after his secondary school education, proceeded to the Teachers Training Institute where he obtained his Teachers Training Certificate (TC II) and holds a Diploma Certificate in Educational Management/Economics and a B.Sc. (Ed.) in Guidance and Counselling/Economics. He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning with a wealth of experience for over fifteen (15) years.

Having worked in vision-oriented Private Nursery and Primary, Secondary Schools, and Private Organizations, he attended the University of Oulu, Finland, in 2021. He is also a professional member of the International Association of Applied Psychology (USA). He graduated from the University of Buckingham (UK) in 2024, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Windsor University Washington DC, USA in 2026. He is well-travelled both locally and internationally for conferences and trainings.

He is well-read, a writer, a speaker, and a passionate Counsellor with a multicultural personality. He was an award winner in 2018 as the “Principal of the year” in Bayelsa State (South/South Nigeria) by Mathematics Laboratory Limited (Organisers of the Najia Maths Competition).  He produced the highest JAMB Scorer in Nigeria in 2023 and the best academic school award in Nigeria in 2023, with a 97% success rate in WAEC.

Over the years, Emmanuel has meritoriously served several educational institutions, including DLHS, with the utmost interest in actualizing the organizational objectives. He has functioned in different capacities as: Subject Teacher (Economics, Business Studies, English Language); Head of Department; School/Exams Coordinating Officer (WAEC, NECO, UTME, IGCSE); School Counsellor; Head Teacher; Vice-Principal (Administration and Academics); Principal; and The Administrator.

His dynamic and systematic teaching methodology, exceptional problem-solving and progressive leadership style have distinguished him from many of his colleagues. He has presented students for external examinations (National and International) with a team of others.

He is also a member of the following professional bodies: International Association of Applied Psychology (USA); The Institute of Corporate Affairs Management (ICAM); International Academy of Management (Centre for British Education and Culture); Teachers Without Borders; Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON); Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). He is also a globally Chartered Counsellor and a Certified Career Analyst (CCA), from Edumilestone Counselling Institute, India.

He is currently the Administrator of Deeper Life High School, Lagos Campus. A vibrant young man, a seasoned Educationist, a well-cultured and disciplined Christian.
