Emmanuel Irewole Akomolafe is a highly experienced and dedicated Human Development Personnel with over three decades of experience in the field. He has built his career on a strong foundation of academic and professional training, which he obtained from reputable institutions such as the University of Lagos, Akoka-Lagos and the University of Oulu, Finland.

Mr. Akomolafe has worked in various public and private sector organizations, where he has made significant contributions to the growth and development of the institutions he served. His experience spans across roles such as Teacher, Social Worker, Guidance Counsellor, School Administrator, and Christian Minister. He has worked with organizations such as Lagos State Teaching Service Commission, Twins-custom (Nig) Ltd./HTM International (Nig) Ltd, Community Life Project (NGO), Distance Learning Institute (DLI), Citizen’s College, Temu-Epe, Lagos, Christower International College, Ibafo, Ogun State, and Deeper Life High School (DLHS), where he currently serves as Director of Education.

Mr. Akomolafe’s career highlights include his role as the pioneer and two-time Principal of DLHS, Lagos Campus, where he oversaw the school’s growth and development and led the school to graduate the first set of SS 3 students of DLHS, Lagos Campus with ground-breaking results in the West African Examinations Council- SSCE 2016. He has received numerous accolades for his work, including a Merit Award for Faithful and Loyal Service during his time with HTM International (Nig) Ltd.

Mr. Akomolafe is a man of principle and high moral values. He is known for his integrity, love for children, strong leadership skills, ability to manage time and resources effectively, and his commitment to building an enduring institution for posterity.
