Eunice Oluwasayo Ndulue,an experienced Montessori Educator and innovative pedagogist has carved a niche of excellence for her self as a professional juggernaut in the field of teaching by being a sage on the stage and guide by the side of her students.
Her presence in the profession was not that of mere docile domicile teacher; rather, she exudes the brilliance of sparkling, shinning Star, etching enviable character and uncommon charisma, making indelible impact wherever she finds herself.
Venturing into the then Premier Oyo State College of Education, Ilesa in the Southwestern Zone of Nigeria, Eunice refined her teaching acumen to perfection, graduating with good grades.Drivien by an unwavering determination,she embraced challenges with fervour, enrolling in the prestigious UNIBEST(University of Benin) and bagged B.Sc Ed in Industrial Technical Education.Fuelling her insatiable quest for knowledge, she pursued numerous training programs, mastering the intricacies of innovative international education of which she had additional prestigious qualification in education: International Diploma in Education from the University of Buckingham in 2024.
Her first shot of teaching was under the tutelage of a London -trained , “Montessori-baked” , Faith-ignited Proprietress of famous, Faith-based Olatunde Memorial School, Ilesa, where she was grounded using didactic and pedagogical tools in developing world-class confident learners.Yet her professional odyssey had just commenced.

The current of destiny led her on captivating voyage from West to the North,then to the East,to the South and now back to the Western part of Nigeria,as pupils teacher is Primary/ Nursery School,then Headteacher in Primary School, later,HOD,Vice Principal in Secondary, culminating at Principal Cadre in Deeper Life High School.

Her geographical coverage, cross-cultural exposure and multi -ethnicity interracial interaction has made her life a fascinating tapestry interwoven with friendship, fellowship and followership across the land and clime in Nigeria, making her totally detribalized and well enculturated.

She does her job with a great sense of probity, piety and parity.Her duties include, but not limited to; providing strategic direction for the school, overseeing the day to day activities of the school, developing standardized curricular for the school, assessing teaching methods, monitoring students achievement, motivating staffs and students intrinsically and entrinsically for outstanding success, just to mention but few.
