Mrs. Grace Ugomma Anyanwu is a distinguished educationist and school administrator with over a decade of leadership experience in the educational sector. Renowned for her passion for nurturing young minds and fostering academic excellence rooted in integrity and self-motivation, she has made significant contributions to curriculum development, teacher training, and student achievement.

Mrs. Anyanwu began her academic journey with a National Certificate in Education (NCE) on Merit Level, followed by a B.Ed. in Educational Psychology in Guidance and Counselling, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division (2.1, 5.5) from the University of Ibadan. She furthered her studies at the same institution, earning an M.Ed. in Curriculum Development and Educational Evaluation with an outstanding PhD grade of 5.9.

Her professional career commenced as a Nursery Teacher at Elshaddai Nursery and Primary School, Port Harcourt, where she taught children aged 3-5. She later advanced to the role of Nursery Head at Excellent Montessori School, Port Harcourt. Her career progressed as she taught English Language at Staff Demonstration Secondary School, Rivers State University of Science and Technology. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded Greatfaith International School in Port Harcourt, transforming it into a reputable institution.

In her pursuit of excellence, Mrs. Anyanwu joined Deeper Life High School as the Curriculum and Quality Control Officer for the South/South and South/East Zones, Nigeria. She later made history as the first female Principal of Deeper Life High School, Calabar Campus, where she successfully established the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) programme. She currently serves as the Principal of the Calabar Campus, fondly referred to as “Come And Learn And Be At Rest: CALABAR,” a nurturing environment dedicated to holistic student development.

Mrs. Anyanwu is a registered member of the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and has enriched her expertise through numerous national and international professional development programmes. Her training includes:
