Peter Monday Osiki is the principal of Deeper Life High School, Yenagoa Campus.

Before his transfer to Yenagoa Campus in January 2022, he had served as the pioneer principal of the Deeper Life High School, Osogbo Campus from 2010 to 2013 with records of excellence in administrative matters of service delivery.

Osiki was again transferred to Deeper Life High School, Delta Campus as a pioneer principal in 2013, where he laid the foundation on which the school is standing today both structurally and academically.

Prior to his joining the Deeper Life High School, he had obtained the following qualifications:

Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE, Accounting Education) in 1995.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting (B.Sc. Ed, Educational Management/Accounting) in 1999 at Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria.
Masters degree in Education (M.Ed. Educational Management) from the University of Ado Ekiti (UNAD), now known as the Ekiti State University (EKSU) in 2005.
Osiki, had also taken relevant coursework in School Mapping, Management, and Administration where he completed his coursework towards obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Education Management in 2014 at the Ekiti State University.

He was also a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Education at Ekiti State University.

Osiki, has published articles in local and international journals and has worked with several educational institutions with experience in planning and implementing curriculum in schools, personnel management and administrative skills.

He has also attended various Educational conferences and workshops, took on cardinal researches in Nigeria, Africa and Northern Europe. He is passionate and highly effective with success in instructional strategies to develop student’s academic skills, raise test scores and improve holistic performance.
