Amusan Ayofe  was born in 1964. He is a product of the premier university, University of Ibadan where he obtained his B.Sc (Ed) in Physics and Mathematics in 1989. He later obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science in 1993. He had his Masters in Educational Planning and Administration (1996) and capped it with Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance and Administration in 1999. He finally became a Chartered Administrator in 1999 after he passed all the three professional stages of Chartered Institute of Administration Examinations (CIA).

He started his professional career with Corona Schools Trust Council in 1991 and later posted to Corona Secondary School, Agbara as a Physics and Mathematics educator in 1992; He was the head of department of Department of Mathematics and Computer Studies  between1995 and 2002; Assistant Educational Administrator (2002-2003); Head of Senior School/ICT Coordinator (2003-2007). He was the Principal of Grundtvig International Secondary School Onitsha (2007-2010). His passion for God’s work and desire to raise a golden generation with pure blend of grace and academic seasoning for distinction made him resign from Grundtvig to join Deeper Life High School DLHS in 2010 as a School Administrator.

He strongly believes that education must be approached strategically to exploit learners’ natural willingness to learn. He has been a thorough teacher, true mentor, tireless coach, educational motivator and a glorious model to children in his career. His versatility, passion and level-headedness distinguished him as an educator per excellence and an educational administrator to beat.

He is an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM); associate member Computer Society of Nigeria (CSN); associate member Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) and a member of the Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN).  Being a glorious mix of natural talent with rigorous training, he has attended numerous local and international conferences and training such as: Association of international Schools of Africa National conference, Ghana, 2004; East New York Family Academy(ENYFA), New YorkCity,USA,2004; Teachers retreat at East New York Family Academy, New York City, USA, 2005; Teachers retreat at East New York Family Academy, New York city, USA, 2007; E-learning Africa Cotonou, 2012; E-learning Africa, Uganda 2014; Capacity building seminar for proprietors and Administrative head of private Schools organised by the Centre for Education and Development, Abuja, 2015 and Educational Trip to Finland in September 2022 to mention a few.

Without equivocation, Amusan Ayofe is an administrator of no mean standing; an educationist who knows his onions well and this has brought him lots of recognition, honours and awards in his career.  He received Inspirational Education Award from Meadow Hall Foundation in 2019. He is happily married with Children and grand-children.
